Order Processing

For International:

All orders placed before 1:00 pm PDT are prepared for shipping the same day and orders placed after 1:00 pm PDT will ship the next business day. If your order is placed over the weekend (Friday after 1:00 pm GMT through Sunday) or on a Holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery Times

All Operation 123 orders are shipped using third-party couriers. Transit time generally takes between 3-5 days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated on Exit, we ship our products from the free zone in UAE.

Adult Signature Required

An Adult Signature is required for all domestic orders upon delivery. Please confirm you are shipping to a location where an adult will be present to sign for your delivery.

Zip Code Finder/Shipping Messages

We have enacted a zip code locator on the product pages throughout our website. Please verify we are able to ship to your location, by using the zip code locator. If you receive the message “We currently do not ship to your location”, we do not have a shipping method available for the address or location you have provided. If this is an international order and you are receiving this message, there may be restrictions on sending products to your country. Please contact our Customer Support Team for additional information.

International Orders:

All International Orders are Shipped with Express Courier where Electronic Cigarettes is not Ban, it is the responsibility of the client to make sure there is no Ban to the destination country, For any order placed and paid online the buyer will lose the Third-party Electronic card commission both ways on the refund as well. We are not responsible for these losses.

For Saudi Arabia:

• 1 device per person per ID is allowed every 3 months.

• HNB ( Heets) 1 Box is allowed per shipment per person per ID.

• E-juice 180 ml per shipment per ID.

• Taxes are calculated on Checkout.

For the UAE:

If you Place and before 4  pm will be delivered maximum within 2 working days in U.A.E., we will try our best to deliver the next day, as an example If you place your order on Saturday before 4Pm we will receive your order for processing & you will receive it on Monday. 

We do not ship during the weekend (Sunday) or public holidays. Orders received on Saturday after 4 Pm and on Sunday are delivered on Tuesday.

Adult Signature Required

An Adult Signature is required for all domestic orders upon delivery. Please confirm you are shipping to a location where an adult will be present to sign for your delivery. Delivery to Minors is prohibited. Only to +18.

Delivery Fees:

• 30AED anywhere in the U.A.E, Except Ruwais 65 AED and will be delivered once a week on Friday. International orders have different fees structure.
• All local orders above 300 AED are delivered Free. For Ruwais no free delivery.
• Express delivery (same day) is Not Available.
