Overview

Returns:

• An exchange can be claimed within 2 days from the invoice date, claims become void beyond that period (in case of manufacturing defect).
• In order to claim an exchange, the product must be returned unopened in its original packaging and intact.
• All sold items cannot be exchanged unless defected from the factory.
• All sold items cannot be returned once sold.
• Returns only apply for products delivered wrong and/or by mistake and must be returned un-open in their original packaging. (applies only on courier delivery).

Therefore, the Refund will be as per the payment mode (cash on delivery (UAE only) or credit card payment and we will notify you by e-mail.

E-Liquid once sold cannot be exchanged Unless delivery is wrong.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Used Hardware

• Worn Apparel

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged Or Missing Products/Orders

If you receive your order and there is product damage, broken bottles, wrong flavors, incorrect nicotine levels, etc., please take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail them along with a brief description of the problem to our Customer Support Team. They will assist you in resolving the problem.

International Orders:

All International Orders are Shipped with Express Courier where Electronic Cigarettes are not Ban, it is the responsibility of the client to make sure there is no Ban to the destination country, any order placed and paid online the buyer will lose the Third-party Electronic card commission both ways on the refund as well. We are not responsible for these losses.
